At The Cozy Nights, we offer a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at thecozynights@outlook.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or produced, and you will receive a full refund.
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Fees for Returns:
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost will depend on the courier service chosen.
- We will cover the shipping fees if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thecozynights@outlook.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

- No restocking fees apply for returns.
- Customers must confirm the return address with customer service before sending items back.
